Hi, I'm Frankie!
I’m an accredited Resilience & Wellness Coach and active woman who knows what it feels like to keep starting again.
For years, I believed consistency was about discipline.
If something slipped, I pushed harder.
If my energy dipped, I blamed myself.
If I fell off, I reset.
It took me time, a lot of trial and error and a PMDD diagnosis to realise the problem wasn’t motivation - it was not understanding how to stay consistent when capacity fluctuates.
That realisation shaped the work I now do.
Today, I specialise in supporting active women who are driven, capable, and used to showing up in many areas of life, but struggle to stay consistent with themselves when energy, stress, or life gets in the way.
With a QCF Level 5 Diploma in Resilience & Wellness Coaching and a background in endurance running, I’ve seen firsthand how sustainable consistency is built - not through pressure, but through adaptability, structure, and self-trust.
Wellbeing isn’t about perfection, it’s about learning how to stay engaged with yourself long term.
Outside of coaching, you’ll usually find me running, travelling, singing like no one's listening, or spending time with my Romanian rescue dog, Betty.
