One-to-One Coaching


The Bloom 3 Month Package

Focused on helping you to create lasting change. Ideal for women who want to implement long-term healthy habits with accountability, and who are committed to taking control of and improving their overall wellbeing. 

What's Included:

  • 6x bi-weekly 1-1 coaching sessions (60 minutes online)
  • WhatsApp support 2 days per week
  • Weekly and monthly self-reflections
  • Bespoke toolkits and resources to get you closer to your goals

Investment: £600 (option to pay in full or £200 per month)

If you are an organisation looking to enhance and nurture the wellbeing of your team members, I can help! Please get in touch to discuss what it is you are looking for and I will come up with a package that is the right fit.


There is no bad outcome with coaching! If there is an aspect of your life you want to change or improve, you will absolutely benefit from coaching. We will have a short call before you get started so you can meet me, hear more about how it works and decide if you would like to go ahead, and once your package/session comes to an end, there is no pressure to continue.

I hold a QCF Level 5 Diploma in Resilience and Wellness Coaching Skills, which I did over 2 years and included 40 hours of supervised skills development workshops and 50 hours of case studies.
